Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you don’t absolutely love your piece, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery—no refunds.

Summary of Our Exchange Policy

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate your complimentary exchange for another item or store credit (via digital gift card).

  • No refunds—we offer exchanges or store credit only.

  • All returns must be approved in advance and in original condition with all original packaging.

  • Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

  • Packaging must include all branded boxes, pouches, and any gifts with purchase.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We make exchanges free and easy. We provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all shipping costs for your first exchange—whether you drop it off at one of our retail locations or mail it back.

Please note: Once your prepaid label is issued, you’ll have 7 days to drop off the package and have it scanned at a local FedEx location.

Complimentary shipping is only provided for the first exchange per order. If you decide to exchange your exchanged item, shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Store credit can be used online or at any of our retail locations.

 

 

Exclusions – Final Sale Items

The following items are non-exchangeable and final sale:

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Piercing jewelry (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Discounted or items bought on sale, including during promotions such as Mother’s Day, Anniversary, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale events

  • Personalized items, including anything engraved, resized, or custom-designed

 

 

Important Notes

  • All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.

  • Unauthorized returns may be subject to additional fees and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

  • If, upon inspection, your return does not meet our return standards, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return for it to be inspected and processed.

We are headed to Boca!

At Ali Weiss Jewelry, we’re always striving to connect with our community and bring our unique collection of fine jewelry to new places! One way that we do this is popping up!

We have at least one pop-up a month and we are always looking to travel to new places and expand our community! You can keep up with our upcoming events on our website! Go to our Ali Weiss Jewelry website, Click 'About,' and then click 'Events'! From there, you can view all of our future events and book your piercing appointments!

This weekend, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be heading to Boca Raton for a special luxury piercing party and fine jewelry trunk show pop-up, and we can’t wait to meet new customers and share the beauty of our jewelry with the vibrant community there! We’re always on the lookout for new cities, new venues, and exciting places to visit, and Boca Raton is just the latest stop on our path of growth!

Here are the details:

Friday & Saturday, January 24th and 25th - we will be at The Shoppe (9101 Lakeridge Blvd, Boca Raton, FL 33496) from 11AM to 5PM!

Sunday, January 26th - we will be at Flying Lizard Boutique (2200 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33431) from 11AM to 4PM!

If you don't need a piercing, do not worry! At all of our pop-up events, you can shop our stunning collection of fine jewelry!
